Automatic strapping station
One of our customers, a logistics partner of industrial companies and distributors, is a specialising in the contract packaging of products for the mass distribution.
As part of the "Warehouse of the future" project, the continually innovatie group has started to develop with FROMM flexible packaging lines aiming at improving the company productivity while also taking care of the working conditions of the staff, these being the new challenges of the Supply Chain.
These packaging lines built by FROMM Sweden consist in setting up independent strapping stations without any motorized conveyors which can easily function in a minimum of space. This way, the 1/4 and 1/2 pallets can be easily supplied by stackers , dollies or AGV's to be subsequently automatically strapped to each other or onto larger pallets.
